Portion control is everything!


That measly pile is 45g of that expensive muesli stuff.  Two hundred and fifty calories or two and a half miles!  I had 2 bowls but I won’t be buying another packet!  No wonder I put on weight.  Portion control is everything.  Buy some scales (£10, Tesco).  Keep a food diary.  Easy.  It may be easy for some to diet but I am doing 800Kcal of exercise a day – the maths becomes harder, needing to stay fueled yet with a calorie deficiency.
